Return window

You may cancel a purchase and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

A cancellation fee of 7% of the transaction value (or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower) is deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the returned item reaching us.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the seal is opened, unless faulty.
